ADVICE GIVEN TO WORLD GOVERNMENTS AFTER THE WORLD WAR which ended in 1945

Extracts from instructions given to humanity by a Tibetan master after the last world war: (1939-1945)

I omitted out dated references to specific countries.

Certain major and spiritual premises should lie back of all efforts to formulate the new world order.

Let me state some of them:

1.

The new world order must meet the immediate need and not be an attempt to satisfy some distant, idealistic vision.
2.

The new world order will be founded on the recognition that all men are equal in origin and goal but that all are at differing stages of evolutionary development;

that personal integrity, intelligence, vision and experience, plus a marked goodwill, should indicate leadership.

The domination of the proletariat over the aristocracy and bourgeoisie, 

or the domination of an entrenched aristocracy over the proletariat and middle classes, must disappear.

The control of labor by capital or the control of capital by labor must also go.
3.

In the new world order, the governing body in any nation should be composed of those who work for the greatest good of the greatest number and who at the same time offer opportunity to all,

seeing to it that the individual is left free.

Today the men of vision are achieving recognition, thus making possible a right choice of leaders.

It was not possible until this century.
4.

The new world order will be founded on an active sense of responsibility.

The rule will be "all for one and one for all."

This attitude among nations will have to be developed.

5.

The new world order will not impose a uniform type of government,

a synthetic religion and a system of standardization upon the nations.

The sovereign rights of each nation will be recognized and its peculiar genius,

individual trends and racial qualities will be permitted full expression.

In one particular only should there be an attempt to produce unity,

and that will be in the field of education.

6.

The new world order will recognize that the produce of the world,

the natural resources of the planet and its riches,

belong to no one nation but should be shared by all.

There will be no nations under the category "haves" and others under the opposite category.

A fair and properly organized distribution of the wheat, the oil and the mineral wealth of the world will be developed, based upon the needs of each nation,

upon its own internal resources and the requirements of its people.

All this will be worked out in relation to the whole.
7.

In the preparatory period for the new world order there will be a steady and regulated disarmament.

It will not be optional.

No nation will be permitted to produce and organize any equipment for destructive purposes or to infringe the security of any other nation.

One of the first tasks of any future peace conference will be to regulate this matter and gradually see to the disarming of the nations.

These are the simple and general premises upon which the new world order must begin its work.

These preliminary stages must be kept fluid and experimental;

the vision of possibility must never be lost, and

the foundations must be preserved inviolate, but

the intermediate processes and the experimentations must be carried forward by men who,

having the best interests of the whole at heart,

can change the detail of organization

whilst preserving the life of the organism.

A country in debt follows a road to bondage or slavery.

A country in dept can never be a global financial leader.   Such nations can only have power in their local newspapers, but to their foreign competitors they are incompetent fools.

Borrowed money should only be a band-aid, for a very brief period, until the wound heals.

A wound that is too big to heal within the allocated time, needs surgery.

Financial drain often leaks into the pockets of top wage earners and government leaders who consider themselves financially untouchable kings.

African nations must be careful of taking a financial gift in exchange of favors.   Those favors may be invisible shackles of slavery.

Be free Africa.  Be strong Africa.    

Be governable Africa.

Owe nothing to anyone.  

Beg nothing from anyone.

Fight against theft, corruption, racism and violence.

Let the past be in the past, a lesson learned, and strive towards new lessons of the future,

 ground the vision, of the  rainbow nation, of freedom for all citizens.

People should all be free to create their own success without being robbed of it.

The people of South Africa are not free.

While city dwellers have to live behind bars and security systems, there is no freedom.

While robbers, rapists and murderers rule the country, there is no freedom.

South Africa merely swapped the bondage of Apartheid for the bondage of crime, corruption and violence.

For something to heal there should first be the recognition of the problem.

While we live in a make-believe bubble of peace, we will never experience freedom.

We still need to fight for freedom.

We need to fight crime, corruption and violence, while we envisage the type of future we want.

We need to have a true vision what freedom is and work towards it.

If we cannot put strong boundaries around our freedom-vision where there are equal opportunities and peace for all people, then we cannot create it.

We cannot create something that we cannot envisage.

Freedom must have the same meaning for all people; otherwise, we shatter the combined effort.

South Africa should strive for that rainbow that signals the end of all bondage.

The end of the bondage of fear,

The end of the bondage of poverty and

The end of the bondage of limitation.

We should all be free to create our own success without being robbed of it.

Do not get trapped in the web of past pain.

   Freedom can only truly be granted if there are no suppressors

 

If freedom and peace is not regarded as the right of all citizens,

 and not only a right for those who were previously suppressed, 

today's  freedom fighters will one day be the suppressors.  

Separatism becomes a vicious circle.    

Think about it!

The earth crossed the line of sustainability!

At this time, when we are nearing the 2015 initiative to make poverty history,
the increasing unsustainable growth of humanity is squashing that dream of ever being realized.


Seventy five percent of the human population is struggling to survive.

There simply are not enough resources to continue feeding the world at the current poverty crises rate;
Let alone when poverty is history and everyone can financially afford to buy food.

Humanity has to reduce its birth rate and strive for a zero population growth.

There is not enough space on earth to grow food to end hunger without destroying
our natural resources that is already at unsustainable level.   

There is an urgency to address two main problems.
1.    The glut among high earners and
2.    The birth rate of the poverty-stricken masses.

We need to strive for only live child per woman.

Every birth should consciously be planned and every child should have the right to enjoy all that the earth and her environment has to offer. 


It is time that we are educated to become responsible for the space we occupy on earth.

The power of the future should be in our hands.

A government divided can not achieve unity.

A government who divides can not unite the nation.

Education, sport and intermarriage are ways by which unity, within a nation, can be fostered.    Unity means that all citizens strive towards prosperity and right human relations within a society.   A government divided or a government who empowers one race, or group of people suppresses another and can never achieve unity among the citizens.
While there is a gap between the lifestyles of the rich and that of the poor, there is division.   All people should be able to experience the best of what the country has to offer.

What is your global peace wish for 11-11-11?
I know my motto is unity, but I realize that we cannot strive towards unity before we feel good about ourselves as people.

Emotionally scarred individuals are by nature self centered. So my 11-11-11 wish is that all children in the world receives the kind of emotional and educational support that will make them the best people they can be and also become proud patriotic citizens.
Only then can we strive towards unity – when we have leaders and political parties that stand together as one united body, supporting the larger cause in spite of their personality clashes.

While our politicians fight among each other, we can never have a unity government and we can never be patriotic. You cannot be patriotic to a split ideal. You cannot be patriotic to something that is weak and splits within governments waken it and in turn splits the nation.

A country that has policies that will lead to racial suppression can never be united. Before you can be united as one humanity, you need to be able to be patriotic to your nation.

Our children are our future. If we can heal those elements in our society that emotionally scar our children then we can strive towards global peace and unity.


For now: lets fight poverty, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, poor educational facilities and unqualified, emotionally scarred teachers.

Remember you have four chances to align to a global society for your world peace wish:
“11 am and 11 pm local time and then 11am and 11 pm GMT”.

We are all part of one Humanity just like each grain of sand makes out the beach. If each grain of sand acted as an individual entity, the beach would be like dust in the wind.

If every thinking person contemplates solutions instead of being driven to fear and inertia because of the enormity of the world’s problems, we can together, change the world.

It is said that you become what you think. If all thinking people strive towards peace and right human conditions we can save the world because over 50% of the world’s population are not thinkers, they are followers. They will adopt any strong thought wave that will make their lives better.
Together we can create a new reality.

The force behind the killing of white African farmers.

Every week, according to reports, white farmers are killed on farms in Southern African countries. These farms produced food and wealth for a nation. The seized land is often divided among groups of people who can hardly sustain themselves and has a negative impact on the wealth of their nation.

The reason of the killings boils up from deep within the psyche of a continent, that for centuries evolved by killing what the inhabitants perceive as their rivals. The one who have what you want, has throughout the history of Africa, been regarded as the enemy that should be killed before the wealth can change hands.

This is the very law that kept Africa poor and in the dark. The only ones who benefited from war, were the ones who instigated and controlled the killings from their remote safe places; the ones who do not need to fight for survival become richer when the land eventually comes under their control.

Many African rulers rule by empty promises, instilling hopes and dreams that will never be realized, and the promise to defeat an enemy that is created in their minds. For many centuries the people never questioned the wealth of their leaders in comparison to their own sufferings.

The profits derived from the recovered land would only guild the lifestyles, build the castles, and increase the fleets of luxury vehicles of the politicians and governors. With every war the people become poorer, food becomes scarcer and drugs dull the agony in the minds of the youth. The rulers will buy more weapons of war to keep the people occupied by declaring enemies to give the people something to live for …. to give them hopes and dreams of a fair and free life that will never bear fruit.
The people, the fathers and mothers of the ones who fought the battles for the rich remain poor. Many Africans become casualties of war or die from starvation.

It is only since the beginning of Democracy in South Africa that the farm killings have been purely about race. Since the vision of an African brotherhood, it became difficult to find an enemy other than one of color (or no color). African rulers wanted enemies on own soil.

The white farmer “Boer” is still regarded as the enemy and for a continent whose citizens are the offspring of warriors that lived by the sword and knew only how to wipe out the enemy in order to rule, the color of the skin marks the enemy.

When the last white and brown person has been killed, and famine and poverty spins out of control, what, or whom, will they then label as an enemy to kill next?

Democracy, negotiations and conferencing – the tools of freedom and prosperity make little sense to the children of poverty.

Many Africans fail to recognize that they already swapped the loincloth for the suit, the hut for the mansion, the sword for the weapon of mass destruction and the donkey for the jet. Yet they hold onto the old ways of war. They divide when they should unite. They make war when they should embrace freedom.


Democratic ideas have not brought better lifestyles for the majority. Only the skin color of the rulers changed. The freedom to stand first in queues, sit on any bench, use public toilets and attend any school is not putting food on the table or roofs over the heads of many. The fact is that it is not democracy than keeps them in poverty but rather the lavish lifestyles of their leaders that keep the grassroots in the mud. The rulers still enrich themselves instead empowering all the citizens of the nation. They continue to measure the success of a nation by the wealth of the rulers and the might of its armed forces and not by the prosperity and happiness of all the citizens.

The principles of Democracy offer sound solutions to end poverty only when it is embraced totally by all citizens and leaders. The first world is a weak example of the power of democracy. African democratic solutions need to be implemented that will share the wealth. The voice of the thinking, educated people should rule the economy and not rulers that line their own pockets, and control the hoards of uninformed masses with empty promises. The need of the people must come before the greed of rulers.

It is time that individuals work for the wealth and economy of all citizens; this should be demonstrated by the examples of those in power. They should be role models for shared wealth and patriotism.
Greed and division among any ruling body cause despair and separation among their citizens.

Recognize the people who can lead the country to prosperity and not the color of their skins. Recognize the ones who direct the ploughs that will fill the breadbasket of the nation.

Fight for education, health care, housing and skills to bring in food for the table and comforts for living. That is your right. It is the right of every citizen. The enemy is greed and unfair distribution of wealth. That is the enemy, but that is not the only enemy.
Imposed ignorance and false information is a bigger enemy still.

Everyone should be able to access the true information that can lead to right living conditions for all citizens.

Divided We Fall - South Africa

In their attempts to unite, the South African government created divisions on every level of society.

The new ANC pledges to create better living conditions for all people, yet the first governmental decision after splitting the parliament was to give themselves salary increases, thereby widening the gasp between rich and poor.

Top governmental wage earners will now earn far over one million rand per year while the bottom feeders live on less than one thousand rand per month.

If South Africa cannot get its act together, what hope is there for the rest of Africa?

Yet, we need to hope that their eyes will open.
